Join Shae Sterrett, international teacher and energetic healer for fun, relaxing and inspiring afternoon designed to introduce the practices of yoga and meditation to veterans, service members, and their friends and family. Inspired by the nationally recognized training, Warriors at Ease, this afternoon will introduce simple, yet powerful practices that service members, veterans, their friends and family can benefit from, especially those managing PTSD and secondary PTSD.
