Join Shae Sterrett, international teacher and energetic healer for an afternoon designed to introduce the practices of yoga and meditation to veterans, service members, and their friends and family.

Inspired by the nationally recognized training, Warriors at Ease, this afternoon will introduce simple, yet powerful practices that service members, veterans, their friends and family can benefit from, especially those managing PTSD and secondary PTSD.

Join Shae Sterrett for a relaxing afternoon workshop designed for veterans, service members and their family and friends, to help you learn more about the benefits of yoga and meditation in your life. Inspired by the teachings and Shae’s trainings in the Warriors at Ease program, this workshop is perfect even if you have no experience with meditation or yoga.
