Summer of Wellness

How do you bring wellness into your life?

Over the last decade, I’ve been immersed in and investing in trainings and learning experiences that have helped me learn more about practices like yoga, meditation, mindfulness, energetic healing, and sound bath experiences that have the ability to reshape the way we live. I know this first hand because they have transformed who I am as a person and the presence I bring to the world.

This summer I want to spread the word about these wellness practices to educate people on how valuable they can be, especially in the world we live in today. I also want to educate people about who I am, what I do, the services I offer, and the peaceful presence I offer in this busy world.

To help in this initiative I am launching my Summer of Wellness campaign. From June 4 through August 31st I am offering several ways to learn more about me, my services, and experience them first hand!

Be one of 10 people to get free reiki or free sound healing every month, or book a private session and save 50%. This summer is about promoting wellness for you, for me, and for our community. I look forward to serving you.

The purpose of Reiki is to provide stress reduction and relaxation, but especially healing, [either emotional or physical] ... and the benefits go both ways ... The practitioner is leading a more meaningful life, too, because they’re helping others.

Reiki Session

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energetic healing treatment that works holistically; on the whole body, mind and spirit. It is a relaxing treatment whereby natural healing vibrations are transmitted through the hands of a Reiki practitioner to the body of the recipient. Reiki can help relieve stress and pain, induce relaxation, release emotional blockages, accelerate natural healing and support other traditional medical therapies.

I’m offering 10 FREE reiki sessions each month from June to August.

If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies.
— Dr. Mitchell Gaynor

Sound Bath Experience

Sound healing is an ancient practice using Tibetan Singing Bowls. Singing bowls are placed around and on the body and played at gentle intervals to create a vibrational sound experience. This experience may help align the chakra’s in the body, ease discomfort and chronic pain, promote relaxation and offset the negative impacts of stress.

I’m offering 10 Free Sound bath experiences in June, July and August.
